Bio:

Victoria was a Victorian girl, orphaned when her father’s time travel experiments became a tool in the Daleks’ plans to capture the Doctor. Victoria was a well brought up girl with deeply set Victorian mores. At the end of the affair with the seaweed creature in the North Sea, Victoria decided to remain behind and give up screaming.
