Bio:

Polly became involved with the Doctor during WOTAN’s (the supercomputer not the god) attempt to take over the world. She was present at the Doctor’s first regeneration and therefore was one of the first humans to witness the change. Polly was attracted to fellow companion, Ben Jackson, and when they arrived at Gatwick Airport during the attempted Chameleon take over, they both decided to remain on Earth as it was their own time.
