Bio:

 UNIT is a top secret but widely known about organisation that was formed to counter the alien and esoteric threats that have plagued the Earth, particularly when a certain Time Lord is around. During the Doctor’s exile he ‘worked’ for UNIT as scientific advisor and at this time UNIT in the UK consisted of Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart, Cpt Mike Yates, Sgt Benton and an assortment of largely anonymous (other than perhaps Cpl Bell and Sgt Osgood) troops. Pictured is Brigadier Winifred Bambera who was in command during the story Battlefield.
